Order and Shipping
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days, and many are sent out even sooner.
Some items may need extra preparation time, be made to order, or come directly from a supplier. When this applies, dispatch may take longer than our usual timeframe.
If a product is temporarily out of stock or has an extended lead time, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. If you would prefer not to wait, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Returns
We do our best to ensure all of our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience with Bowlamania Ltd however occasionally you may need to return an item.
If a full refund including delivery costs is required, you must inform us within seven (7) days after the receipt of the order. The order must then be returned to us within ten (10) days after we have been informed of the cancellation. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If part of an order is returned which originally incurred no delivery cost, the delivery cost for the remaining products will be charged accordingly. Specially ordered in items will incur an admin returns charge.
To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately, returns need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition, we have the right to return it to you. The goods are returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible.
This returns policy does not cover special order items, for example customised bowls (emblems/initials etc.), made to order coloured shirts & jackets as we are unable to either resell the goods or return them to the manufacturer in this situation.
