Overseas Orders and Shipping

Where the order is to be shipped to a country that is VAT exempt, when you come to check out our system will automatically update and remove VAT where applicable.

Orders placed from an overseas address are welcomed. The currency will be automatically converted into GBP. Where the order is to be shipped to a country that is VAT exempt, when you come to check out our system will automatically update and remove VAT where applicable.

If the delivery is required within the UK the order will transit through our website administrative system in the normal way. If the order value is £60 or more then UK Delivery is Free except where the item ordered is exceptionally heavy. In those cases we make it clear on the product description page that a delivery charge has been levied.

Where delivery is required to an address outside of the UK the shipping costs are not free, regardless of the value of the order. We ask you to use the website to process the order and we will come back to you with a shipping quote, once we have calculated the costs. We do source the best possible shipping quote that is available at the time. We will then input this back into your website order and which will generate an email notification for you, where then you will be able to proceed with the order.
