Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on this website include VAT at 17.5%. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice (please refer to our terms and conditions for further information).The carriage charge will be clearly displayed at checkout, so you will be fully aware of the total cost of your order before any payment is requested.

We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Payment via cheque or postal order is accepted by prior arrangement - please telephone the shop for further details.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit cards are processed online by payment service provider SAGEPAY. Your card details are kept confidential at all times.

Shipping

Where goods are in stock, orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days although we will endeavour to ship your goods the same day if the order is placed before 12.30pm. If your selected goods are not in stock you will be notified and we will give you an estimated delivery date. 

Goods are despatched using Royal Mail first class post, or where appropriate our chosen carrier. Please note, prices displayed here are for UK mainland delivery only. For shipping costs to addresses outside of UK mainland, please contact us.

Upto £15.99 order value - Shipping charged at £2.50
Upto £29.90 order value - Shipping charged at £3.50
Upto £39.90 order value - Shipping charged at £4.50
Upto £70.00 order value - Shipping charged at £6.00
Up to £500.00 order value - Shipping charged at £9.50
Over £500.00 order value - Shipping FREE

The above postage prices are for Zone 1 UK Mainland only. In the UK we have 3 zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone. 
Zone 1
England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3.
Zone 2 (Postage costs to be advised)
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Zone 3 (Postage costs to be advised)
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

 For any orders received from other destinations we will confirm the postage costs with you prior to processing your order.

UK Mainland includes England, Wales and Scottish lowlands only. This excludes Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands and Scottish highlands.

Carriage costs for overseas orders:
All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail at the cheapest possible rates.

Returns

You may return any goods which are unsuitable within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in unused condition and complete with their original packaging. Charges incurred for return postage will not be refunded. Please ensure you have proof of posting in case of delivery problems. Refunds will be credited onto the card used for the original transaction and will be done so within 10 working days. This returns policy does not cover special order items, for example customised bowls (emblems/initials etc.) as we are unable to either resell the goods or return them to the manufacturer in this situation. In circumstances where we agree to accept return of special order items we reserve the right to implement a re-stocking charge.
