Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on this website include VAT at 20%. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice (please refer to our terms and conditions for further information).The carriage charge will be clearly displayed at checkout, so you will be fully aware of the total cost of your order before any payment is requested.

We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Payment via cheque or postal order is accepted by prior arrangement - please telephone the shop for further details.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit cards are processed online by payment service provider PAYMENTSENSE. Your card details are kept confidential at all times.


Where goods are in stock, orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days although we will endeavour to ship your goods the same day if the order is placed before 12.30pm. If your selected goods are not in stock you will be notified and we will give you an estimated delivery date. 

Goods are despatched using Royal Mail first class post for packages weighing under 2kgs, or where appropriate our chosen carrier. Please note, prices displayed here are for UK mainland delivery only. For shipping costs to addresses outside of UK mainland, please contact us.

£29.51 to £39.90 Shipping charged at £5.50

£39.91 to £70.00 Shipping charged at £7.50

£70.01 to £500.00 Shipping charged at £9.50
Over £500.00 order value - Shipping FREE

The above postage prices are for all UK Mainland including Northern Ireland.

Parcels exceeding 2kgs will be sent by our chosen carrier (normally next day)the exception to this being the following postcodes where we will use a 4-5 day carrier at no additional cost -

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-50, BT(Northern Ireland)

Isle of Man & Channel Islands costs to be advised.

 For any orders received from other destinations we will confirm the postage costs with you prior to processing your order.

UK Mainland includes England, Wales and Scottish lowlands only. This excludes Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Irish Republic, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands and Scottish highlands.

Carriage costs for overseas orders:
All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail or our chosen carrier at the cheapest possible rates.

Overseas customers - Any extended guarantees offered by manufacturers on items such as bowls, will not be withstanding on any items which have been taken or shipped outside of the UK. This does not effect your statutory Rights, or your Consumer Contract Rights as a customer.


Returns policy for deliveries within the UK

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 days after the day on which you receive your goods. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. All goods must be returned to us promptly in a re-saleable condition, if they are not returned in a re-saleable condition we reserve the right to review the refund policy. If you need us to collect an item, from you, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £20).  You will be notified of the fee at the time of cancellation. 

You, the customer are responsible for the cost of returning purchased items to ourselves.       
        This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.  Full details of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations are available from your Local Citizen's Advice Bureau or your Local Authorities Trading Standards Office.  The Regulations do not apply to bespoke orders eg made to measure items, bowls with special engraving / emblems etc.. clothing made to order etc.        
        For a "goodwill" refund or exchange (ie where there is no legal right to a refund or exchange under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or otherwise), after you have received your goods, you can return any items to us for a refund, provided you have the 'parcel summary' document or other proof of purchase, charges incurred for return postage will not be refunded.  Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  After 14 days you may still be entitled to a refund in accordance with your legal rights.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or other legislation.       


Please ensure you have proof of posting in case of delivery problems. Refunds will be credited onto the card used for the original transaction and will be done so within 10 working days. This returns policy does not cover special order items, for example customised bowls (emblems/initials etc.), garments made to order, as we are unable to either resell the goods or return them to the manufacturer in this situation. In circumstances where we agree to accept return of special order items we reserve the right to implement a re-stocking charge.
