All prices shown on this website include VAT at 20%. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice (please refer to our terms and conditions for further information).The carriage charge will be clearly displayed at checkout, so you will be fully aware of the total cost of your order before any payment is requested.

We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Payment via cheque or postal order is accepted by prior arrangement - please telephone the shop for further details.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit cards are processed online by payment service provider PAYMENTSENSE. Your card details are kept confidential at all times.


Shipping


Where goods are in stock, orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days although we will endeavour to ship your goods the same day if the order is placed before 12.30pm. If your selected goods are not in stock you will be notified and we will give you an estimated delivery date. 

Goods are despatched using Royal Mail first class post for packages weighing under 2kgs, or where appropriate our chosen carrier. Please note, prices displayed here are for UK mainland delivery only. For shipping costs to addresses outside of UK mainland, please contact us.

Returns


We do our best to ensure all of our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience with Bowlamania Ltd however occasionally you may need to return an item.

If a full refund including delivery costs is required, you must inform us within seven (7) days after the receipt of the order. The order must then be returned to us within ten (10) days after we have been informed of the cancellation. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If part of an order is returned which originally incurred no delivery cost, the delivery cost for the remaining products will be charged accordingly. Specially ordered in items will incur an admin returns charge.

If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately, returns need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition, we have the right to return it to you. The goods are returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Faulty Goods

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

This returns policy does not cover special order items, for example customised bowls (emblems/initials etc.) as we are unable to either resell the goods or return them to the manufacturer in this situation.
