Rooney Folding Square

Rooney square for deciding line decisions as to whether the bowl is in or out. Particularly useful for Short Mat. After placing the the square on the line with the hinge in line with the centre of the bowl or jack, you raise one wing of the square to the vertical transferring the horizontal line to a vertical plane that enables one to make a line decision with complete confidence.
